Setting up a store
How do I open a store?
On the marketplace home, scroll to “Open a New Store.” Pick a realm, give your store a real name, choose an emblem and colour, set a backup password, and found it. To show items to other players you’ll need a verified account (see below) — it’s free and quick.
What is the difference between Storehouse and Listed?
New items go into your private Storehouse first — only you can see them. When you’re ready to sell, toggle an item to Listed and it appears on the public marketplace. Visitors only ever see Listed items.
Why did my store disappear from the Stores page?
A store stays public only while it has at least one item listed for sale and is owned by a verified account. With no listed items it is delisted (hidden) after 24 hours, and deleted after 1 month if still empty. Re-list an item to bring it back, or delist it yourself to park it longer.
What is the Store ID for?
Every store has a random ID number shown on its page. Share it so others can find your store with “Enter store ID,” even if it isn’t currently listed. It’s an identifier, not a secret — your password is what protects editing.
How do buyers contact me?
Set a Mailbox (your Discord tag). Buyers build an order with the quantity steppers, tap “Make an Order Request,” and it copies a tidy message to send you on Discord to arrange a meetup in-game.
How do bulk deals work?
Enter them as ### FOR ###, for example 5 FOR 2 (five for two septims). The word FOR must be capitalised.
Accounts & security
Why do I have to verify my email?
Verifying keeps the marketplace trustworthy — it stops fake and spam stores. You can create and stock a store before verifying, but it stays private until you click the link we email you. We use your email only to verify and recover your account. It is never sold or shared.
I didn’t get the verification email.
Check your spam folder. You can resend it from “My Stores.” Emails can take a few minutes.
How do I change my password?
Open your account (top-right), choose “Change password,” and we email you a secure link. Nothing changes until you click that link and set the new password. Watch for the on-screen message telling you the email was sent.
How do I recover my account if I forget my password?
On the login screen tap “Forgot password?”, enter your email, and click the reset link we send. This is why a verified email matters — it’s your recovery method.
Is my password safe?
Yes. Passwords are stored securely (hashed) by our authentication provider — nobody, including the site owner, can read them. We collect as little as possible and protect what we keep.
Managing & owning stores
How many stores can I have?
Up to 5 per account. If you reach the limit, sell or delete one to make room.
How do I transfer ownership of a store (sell it in-game)?
Unlock your store as the owner, open the location/details controls, and tap “Transfer / sell shop.” Enter the buyer’s account email and type TRANSFER to confirm. It hands over full ownership — items, history, and workers — to them. The in-game payment is arranged between you two; the site only does the handover. It is permanent and cannot be undone, so double-check the email.
Can others help run my store?
Yes — open your store, unlock it, and tap “Workers.” Add a signed-up player by their account email, or share your store’s code for them to join under “My Stores → Join a store.” Workers can add, edit, list and remove items, but only you (the owner) can burn all stock, delist, or delete the store. Each player can work at up to 3 stores.
How do I track sales and stock changes?
When managing your store, each item has a Sell button — record how many sold and an optional note, and it subtracts from your stock automatically. Use Add note to log things like trades (“traded salmon for vegetables”). Everything appears in History, which shows every action with who did it and when — handy for owners watching what workers do.
Something looks wrong with a store — what do I do?
Open the store and tap “Report this store.” A report flags it for admin review; it doesn’t remove the store on its own.
